Credit Card Phishing Reports & Reviews (3)

On the morning of August 21, 2020 my elderly parents received a recorded phone call on their land line phone. The message said that their "plastic card" would be charged $299.00 if they did not call 219-440-8105 to cancel the charge. My sister called the number and a man with an Indian accent answered. She asked him what charge he was talking about and that her parents had better not get charged $299.00 for anything!

The man abruptly hug up the phone.
