They were offering better rates & free equipment for a merchant account to process credit cards. On the phone they offered flat rate processing $99 per month for $5000 to $9999 of credit card sales per month. The application had high discount rates (3.85%) & additional fees. They also offered a free card processing machine on the phone. On the application there was a $99 / month lease for 48 months for the equipment. When calling they use cloned numbers so the call would appear to be local. I spoke to several associates & all were spoke English with an Asian accent, this appears to be an overseas call center. They said they were calling from the Melville, NY location. I did not complete the application or send the requested voided check copy & driver's license copy. I did email a copy of my last merchant account statement.
