Received call about reducing credit card debt in half, then it said hold for the next person, listened to the elevator music, then a person came on and asked "Are you waiting for a financial counselor? I responded Yeah kind of slowly. After I said that, the lady quickly hung up. I tried calling the number back and the recording was the phone number is 855-653-4481 When I called back it said is "someone in your household 50 years of age or older?, press 1 for yes. No company name given, just the question that I just stated.f

I only followed through on this one to see if it was legitimate because I know some people who have extensive credit card debt problems and if it was legitimate, I was going to provide this information to them for their use. I personally to not carry credit card debt.
