They kept trying to get me to respond to their question with a "yes" response. They're asking me if I want to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. When I said I'm not responding until they can answer what company they're calling from. The guy did not respond. And reiterated if I was interested in getting a lower interest rate. I then asked them if it was a scam because I want to be removed from their calling list and they hung up on me.
