I have been receiving text messages just about daily from phone numbers with the same area code as my phone (I live in a different state than my area code). They use my full name and address in the text message, then go on to say that I may be eligible for a home loan, no matter my credit score. They do not include a business name, but include the "business" phone number. I never open the text to look at the rest of the information, as it may put me at risk of getting my information stolen by them.

The text states a reference number, my address, an offer amount, and a payment amount. Then it starts by stating my first and last name. Then it says there is a federally regulated program that can assist with the United States high interest rate spike. They state it is a federally regulated program on the ScamPulse.com and that everyone who resides in Ohio qualifies. Gives a link to MyCreditAdv.com/(then some numbers) and a phone number to call.

This is the second time that I've received a text message of this nature. It included a reference number, my name, full address and an offer amount of $80,000. They also had my phone number. The text read:
