I paid to have Newark Medical Billing Solutions credential me through 4 different insurance companies in Montana. At first the company was very polite and communicated seamlessly. One of the insurance companies, Medicaid received and incomplete application, some items were missing. Over the last month, I have sent numerous emails and left messages to see if NMBS sent the missing paperwork, no one will return my emails or phone calls, I have also requested to be refunded for the services and of course have not had return communications. The credentialing process can take up to 90 days to complete, so I am unable to see patients for mental health until this process is completed. Mental health is seriously lacking in Montana and now NMBS has delayed patient being cared for by qualified professionals. I have called Medicaid, my application has not been processed and cannot move forward until NMBS completes the service I have already paid for.
