Absolutely terrible I ordered a doll for my Granddaughter birthday and the doll looked like a very cheap red headed Chucky doll that was very small ..The doll had such a strong terrible chemical odor...My Granddaughter birthday party was ruined..The kids at the party were scared and terrify of the doll...And the children were removed from my granddaughter birthday party because the terrible chemical odor from the doll was so extremely terrible and strong...This fraudulent company is playing games with me..I asked for a full refund and they are giving me the run around...The doll I ordered is not what they sended me...I would never order a doll with red hair that looks like a very small cheap dollor store Chucky doll.. The chemical smell got on me and my granddaughter hands ...And this strong terrible chemical y and smell is absolutely terrible...My Granddaughter cried her entire birthday until now...The doll they sented me is not what I ordered and looks nothing and I mean nothing like the doll I ordered this is fraud and online product fraud...I want all of my money back immediately and they are playing games...

They are also RSG dolls. They are not reborn dolls. They are vinyl not silicone. The pictures are not the dolls you receive. They don't honor their refund policy. They are not BBB accredited! RUN !? They don't arrive in the alotted time they say! False advertising, and poor item description!

Doll wasn’t close to what I was expecting from the photo. It’s over- priced and cheaply made. It looks like a totally different doll that I could’ve paid less for at Walmart… Very disappointed….

This company is a total scam. I ordered 3 different dolls from them as gifts for Christmas. I have sent 6 emails requesting a refund including pictures of the damaged dolls, the crushed up birth certificates explained that I never received the third doll and that one of them is missing part of the clothing as pictured in the add. The only way to reach them is by email and they wait 3 or more days to respond and continue to send the exact same message. Please send pictures in order for them to resolve the issue. I've done that as well as asked for a shipping label and refund repeatedly and the continue to ignore my request.

i recently ordered and i seen the reviews and it’s just terrible i tried to contact them but nothing ever got solved and they won’t refund me. also usually when you order something you get like a email that confirms your order and gives you all the information about your order but they didn’t im not even able to cancel my order.

I ordered twins 12/7/2021 paid express so they would be here before Christmas as promised on the website but happens they have not shipped them yet then when I emailed them they gave me a bunch of bull crap and will not refund my money

Purchased three dolls as indicated in below photos. I paid extra for gift boxes. Dolls arrived in poor quality. Hard plastic and dressed in onesies. Surprisingly, after multiple emails the company refund ? my purchase. Initially I was told that I received what I ordered. I was also told that they would refund me $40. I declined. They offered me $100 and I pay to send the dolls back to China. I declined. I was offered $100 to keep the dolls. I declined . I was finally offered a full refund which I was not expecting. I had already contacted my credit card company to advocate on my behalf.

Dolls were suppose to be twins one girl one boy. They look nothing like pictures and both were the same girl doll. The chemical smell was that of nail polish but worse. We had to but them in garage because the smell made us so sick.

Seller sold a doll with all the information stating to be a girl doll. The seller sent another doll which is nothing like the doll purchased. They asked for photos and state they have a 14 day return time. Which I did return the doll but they won't refund my money on purchase.
