First I receive a call from a person who says his name is Enzo ***** that he was calling from Experian credit saying that I might qualified for a debt free program That was settle to help with COVID. I was very skeptical but they were very professionals in scamming so making the short story I ended up signing a form they send me by mail and wish I stayed authorize them to get the money that was left as credit from the credit cards that they were say to negotiate for debt free. They also made a recording confirming all the information so that’s why I make them very professional take also give me a confirmation number they also use a look professional form wish I sign and basically because I sign that form I can now claim this as a fraud because with that sign I authorize them that’s what credit cards said to me so once the charges post into my account I can file a dispute with no guarantee on charge back. The other person who I close the deal with he says his name is Alex ****** and they took the credit left from my credit cards in same day they charge the amounts what makes me believe they are scamming is that first of all they said they will make me get rid of my highest interest credit cards with up to limit so I gave themThe information to opt to limit credit card I half with no balance to use and they say that they might not be able to make me that card debt free because they can work with American express and some other unbelievable reasons but since I was vulnerable and desperate to find some debt-free solution I get in to their scam very stupidly.
