After creating a profile on their website, I received a call from a “Staffing Professional” at Creative Circle. She told me there was a job available for me at a well-known company which is one of their clients. The job sounded amazing and she told me she would submit my resume to the job listing and that I’d hear back the following week. The next week rolls around and she told me she hadn’t heard anything back from the client. I decided I’d call the company directly to cut out the “middleman”. Turns out, the job never existed. The people at the company seemed confused and surprised by what I was saying. They said the job was never available. A couple more days go by and I hear back from the same agent at Creative Circle. She told me that their client decided they’d move in another direction but that she wanted to help me find a job and asked for my credit card info and said she’d be my personal staffing agent to help me find a job just as good as the one that “fell through”. It’s a classic bait and switch. Total fraudulent company. They have good reviews online because their employees are paid to create fake accounts to write good reviews. This company needs to be shut down.

I applied for a job online and got an email telling me that I would have an interview via Google Hangouts. During the online interview, I was offered a job. I was told that I would receive a check for $6,950 which was to be used for purchasing equipment.

I got the check, with had a totally different company’s name on it. I was asked to deposit the check, but did not due to my suspecting that it was a fraud.
