I ordered a product from them on August 4th. Took forever to get a tracking number and this tracking number has been stuck in Rapid City since the 6th of September!!! I have contacted this company many times with only a repeated message (please wait) obviously this package is lost (if it was even sent)!!

I have asked for a refund they refuse and still tell me to wait as I can't get a refund till they get the package back!!!!!!! How am I supposed to send back a package I never get!!!!!

When ordering an item of apparel, website says ships from USA and arrives in a few days. Actually ships from China in two months. Also guarantees to “make it right” if not satisfied with purchase. I received items that were too large to wear and wanted to return or exchange them. They refused a refund and told me it was too expensive to send back to China. They originally charged me a nominal shipping fee, but an exorbitant tax. Now I see that they hid the real shipping fee in the tax so one wouldnt know it does not ship from inside the US. Their sizing chart is very inaccurate, however, they claim that since I got the size I ordered they wont refund me. There are a myriad of misrepresentations on there website and facebook ads.

Purchased a make up product online and never received and the company keeps responding with generic tracking information but never any resolve and no product ever received. Only an email address for contact, no other information on their website.
