Balsam christmas tree offered for 92.23. paid with credit card and was never delivered. ******** ******* **** has refused refund of the charges. The website listed as Create.Shop Www.C cannot be accessed but the bank says they have received a response stated the merchandise was received. Again the website does not exist , therefore the bank is not being truthful. ********* **** *** ******* ***** *** ****** **** *** ***** ** **** *****

I ordered a balsam fir tree online. I never received it. My credit card was billed $89.35. Create Shop gives an address of North Pennsylvania St Colorado, 80203. The phone number on the Discover bill is 530-430-5751. This area code does not exist in Colorado. When I called the number it does not connect to anything. I did a reverse search on it and it is listed as a cell phone is California. I filed a dispute with Discover but was told they received documentation confirming the delivery. The tracking came from a China Post. I tried to log on the the www.createjersey.com website, it does not exist. The tracking number given in the dispute comes from China Post with no phone number claiming to have delivered the product which is not true.
