Product was ordered on 02/06/23, after 2 months of waiting for a product that was scheduled to be delivered in 5-7 business days, the vender mentioned they were backed up and needed more time. They apologized and mentioned it would be sent. Two months later I requested a refund, no refund after they mentioned they would send product. Now in July still no product and after confronting them online, they have blocked my profile.
