I placed an order on Black Friday and got confirmation that they received my order. I hadn't gotten anything about shipping at the end of December so I emailed them and asked about it but just got an automated email saying they were behind on orders but working on getting them out. I just checked and my order was apparently canceled on January 9th but I never canceled it and I never got an email. Now they have completely disappeared off of the internet. This really sucks because I've ordered from them before and have never had any problems.

I ordered a t shirt through crazy cool threads, on December 13th. After not getting any confirmation emails or texts for awhile, I searched my order and realized that it was canceled on January 9th. I had already paid for the shirt, and I did not cancel my order. I sent a complaint email asking to either get refunded or if I could still get the shirt. I only got an automated reply saying they’ve lost staff and are working slowly to answer emails (my email has never been answered). Two days ago crazy cool threads changed their business name to Shop Faith collective, and now I’m positive that I’ll never be refunded.
