Made an online purchase with Crazimart.com 10/21/25 for a Chromebook. Instantly received a confirmation of my order being processed. Then 2 hrs later received notice that my order status had change to "awaiting fulfilment". Then no further emails as to Status. I have sent 3 emails asking for a back-order date & an anticipated delivery date. It is now 10 days later and have not received a single reply. There is no phone # on their website to call for help. There is a Chat Live button, but it doesn't work! It appears, they just want to take your money and leave you hanging.

I ordered a phone on 9/20 and this is my 8th email trying to cancel the order and get a refund. NONE OF MY EARLIER EMAILS RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THIS IS A TOP 1% WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF THE 76 YEARS OF MY LIFE. Do not buy anything from this company. I repeat, do not buy anything from this company."

They also have a live chat link. IT DOES NOT WORK!

Found website crazifire.com while doing google search for a computer to purchase. Went to their website, found what I wanted, and proceeded to try and purchase. They instructed me to pay via paypal, which I did. I received an email receipt for the purchase and was given a delivery date. On the date of delivery I went back to website to find update and the site was non-functioning. Then next day the site had changed names to crazimart.com. I have contacted them each day via email and their online IM system, I have never received a reply back. I filed a claim with paypal, and completing this ScamPulse.com form, and am also going to file a FBI fraud report via the internet crime complaint center.
