Ordered an air purifier and was allowed to check out through paypal. Never received a confirmation e-mail or tracking number. Never received the product. Disputed the purchase through paypal, but the seller provided a fake tracking number and my claim was denied. I am out aroun $104 dollars because Paypal did not look to see that the tracking number was for a 1lb package and the air purifier weighs 12.5 lbs.

Advertising for a smart heat pump product. Allowed to check out through Paypal. No email confirmation. The company immediately changed to Elite Tennis Limited once checked out. I bought pool supplies, not tennis equipment, so I started to suspect something at this point. I tried to dispute the charge with Paypal. They said the company submitted proof of delivery. This was a fake delivery that somehow generated a tracking ticket through UPS stating the 0.5 lbs package was delivered so Paypal refused my dispute. I ordered a pool heat pump that would weigh around 75 lbs. No package was received.

I placed an order for an end table on March 16th 2021 and paid through Pay Pal. I did not receive an email confirmation so I sent an email to the company but I did not receive a response so I called the phone number listed and received the message "At the customer request this line does not accept incoming calls". Pay Pal would not cancel the transaction, they informed me that I would have to file a dispute if I did not receive the item. After filing the dispute the seller provided a fake UPS tracking number to Pay Pal, when I searched the tracking number it stated that the delivery was made to my front porch on March 25th at 11:11 AM and the package weighed 2.7 pounds. There is no way an end table weighed 2.7 pounds. When I opened a dispute with UPS they sent me the information that the package was delivered to someone with a different name and that the package was shipped from Amazon. The transaction at Pay Pal has the name Enrich Lifestyle (Hong Kong) Company Limited. After doing a search on the internet there are numerous complaints describing the exact same method that happened to me

Seems like a legit website. I had been searching for an outdoor wicker rocking chair and so when I found theirs and it was a good deal, I didn't dig deep enough. After purchase went through I thought I would receive a confirmation email, but did not. They don't answer phone and my emails get sent back. I'm still hoping to get my money back from PayPal or my credit card. Buyer Beware. Lesson learned.

I was searching the web for garage workbenches. I found one on cranehast.com and ordered it via Paypal. When I submitted the order via Paypal the checkout receipt said the seller was European Winery Limited. I immediately regretted my purchase. I did not receive any order confirmation or communication from Cranehast or European Winery. Whey paypal opened a case for me they were able to get a UPS tracking number. When the status of that said "Delivered" and I received nothing I checked the details. It was delivered to "Dock" in my town, state. It did not have my name or address. I called UPS and they said to contact the merchant... of which I had no information. Also the UPS tracker said that whatever was shipped was 11 lbs... which a workbench weighs much more. Please stay away from Cranehast.com Its a scam!
