Inquired about a rental on Craiglist by email. Was instructed to take a screenshot of my credit score from Transunion. The page never mentioned accessing my score would be a subscription for $27.20 per month. Sent my screenshot, was provided another link for Experian to do the same. I refused. Shortly after, I received an email thanking me for subscribing to view my credit score. I called Transunion asked them to cancel. Contacted Merrick Card Svcs, requested the same. In order for me to cancel, Transunion rep asked for SSN, DOB, ADDRESS. Received a cancelation refund email. Then received a notification that my credit files had been unfrozen. This is a scam to get our real information and root around in our credit files with all 3 bureaus.
