I went to the website craftycupbyazol.com, to purchase a zero-turn riding mower. A link popped up saying to pay over time with Affirm so i said to myself "why not". It offered to let me make 3 monthly payments of $311.63. Now Affirm has opened an account of my credit report and will potentially affect my credit score if it hasn't already. I'm confused as to how Affirm can open an account on my credit report saying I owe them money while they're backing a fraudulent company. I never received anything from anyone and I refuse to pay for something I didn't receive. Please assist.

I purchase a shed through their website, I received a confirmation number telling me that my order was on its way, but it never came. I have contacted them via email, their phone numbers says that the mail box is full.

Bought a snowblower from the internet and it was right up in the banner page next to Lowes, Ace hardware etc. I asked for confirmation in a chat and that is when the conversation went dead. I looked at the address on the page and it is a house but that was after the fact.

I went to google to find a battery operated snow blower and this Craftycupby came up seems like a reliable web site, and the price was good for snow blower. I received no confirmation about details nor when it would arrive so I tried to call and we had a chat so the person at the other end said they had no call support at this time. I thought something is not right...so I chatted again and told him I was calling my credit co and asked why no one was answering me. I then googled the address and its a house address. This is a scam and it really makes me mad that people can actually do this! This was for a battery operated snow blower as we are having terrible blizzard in buffalo. We cant drive so I went to google, to buy a blower as we have a driving ban on. I even asked about the confirmation email and that is when the chat went dead. So, I called my credit card co and froze my card and they said they have to wait for this person/co to take the money as right now its under pending before I can dispute.
