Took advantage of the 2.49 a year deal. Never used it so 2 months before it renewed i canceled and got an email confirming cancelation. 2 months later I was charged 89.99 for another year. When I called the company I was told I must have canceled the same day the charges were due, but will be issued a refund in 2-3 business days Due to the lies I was told how the charges came about 2 months after cancelation, and this happening to other people who cancel I feel this is fraudulent behavior.
