I placed my order on 8/2/23 and it said it would ship within 1-3 days. This didn’t happen so I reached out after about a week and asked to cancel my order because I started to realize it might be a scam. They said they couldn’t cancel because it had been processed. I copied and pasted their cancellation and return policy which clearly stated this was still an option. To which they said they would request to cancel. I asked for a follow up and confirmation that this was done and they said they were going to ship it soon. I’ve asked to cancel my order 10 different times through email and it hasn’t been done. There’s been no update to shipping. Customer service just keeps telling me they’ll rush the shipping (not what I asked for). That’s obviously not happening though because my item should’ve been here today and according to the website it hasn’t shipped yet. Basically nothings happened and they won’t cancel it despite the website saying I can. I also found them on Facebook and messaged the company directly begging for someone to help me because I kept getting the same guy (Darrel) responding to my emails and have gotten no response several days later.
