I ordered two craft kits from them, and they've claimed they're sending them for over two months. I've sent them numerous emails, but they just reply with the same "we're going to ship it" email. I asked for a refund but they will not provide that either, and continue to claim they will ship it. They obviously have no intention of sending it or refunding me.
