I found the Craft Jack App through a Facebook add. The add claimed to help private contractors and LLC owner with leads for a fee. They were running a promotion where they offered an amount of credits for $300. The company then sends you leads based on your needs and charges a number of credits depending on the type of lead. I have a small cleaning business and was looking for client leads. Specifically office buildings and residential homes. I purchased credits through their promotion. Within a couple of days I received 4 potential leads. I began to contact them with the information provided from Craft Jack. One lead was a restaurant which had no idea why I was contacting them. Another was a man who was frustrated that he was receiving so many unsolicited calls. The third was a disconnect number and the last supposed lead never answered or returned messages. I felt that this Craft Jack company was selling fake leads so I tried contacting them to cancel my account. I don’t want to continue losing money by receiving fake leads. The support number on their app just sent me to dead ends so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. There is no way to cancel within the app. Looking for more information, I read reviews about this company. It turns out there are many other people who have had the same thing happen to them.

Getting charged with fake leads my account Is currently paused because they won’t let me cancel. Every time I call them I get put on hold and it ends up discounting and I never receive a call back regarding my concern. I’ve called 20 times and no one can help me.
