It was selling crochet patterns on Facebook as from stitchely.com. I was purchasing a pattern I wanted then it asked if you wanted to purchase all their patterns for $19.99 I clicked that I did not want to buy that. It goes to a screen saying thank you for purchasing the pattern I wanted then also all their patterns for $30.95. You get a confirmation email again looking like from stitchely.com. But when I contact them about the mistake. I received an email asking if I got the pattern as their system hadn’t refreshed the landing page in time for my purchase causing confusion. That they apologize for the inconvenience. Then unfortunately according to our website policy they can not do refunds. That they hope I continue to enjoy my crafting. When I write back I get the same email. Then once it was taken out of my account they also took foreign transaction fees. Searching facebook this has happened to others. Also I searched on google and no website is found by that. What numbers and emails it shows don’t work.
