Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a tool from them online.
They acknowledged my purchase in email, but gave no info at all. No projected delivery date. No phone number to call for information.
And before they even started to ship the product to me, they deducted the price from my bank account.
I have repeatedly emailed. I have tried to cancel. But it turns out, though they give a New York address, they are actually located in China. There IS no contacting them. Just having money deducted from my bank account.
They replied to my email demanding they cancel the product and refund my money by saying I can't get a refund until the product is delivered and then returned.
They replied yesterday:
"Because the product needs to be verified and packaged, and because of the epidemic, the package needs to be sterilized at all times to prevent bacteria from being carried. This series of operations may cause your logistics update to be busy. Please wait patiently, the product you purchased has been rushed to the courier your residential address."
It's been days and though they gave me a tracking number and it should be delivered eventually by USPS, the item hasn't even been shipped yet. There has been no updated tracking info on shipping in FIVE days.
I had bought this for a birthday present for my son whose birthday is in 3 days. I ordered it plenty of time for Amazon or any reputable business to have shipped it to me in plenty of time.
They will not give me any kind of projected date the item will even be shipped. But within HOURS they had pulled my payment out of my bank account.
Also, they must have sold my phone number, because the next day I have been bombed by unending spam calls.
