I ordered two pairs of Crocs that were on sale. White and Multi Classic Crocs American Flag Slide and Classic Out of this World II Clog. I completed my order on 6/2/2021. I receive an order of two pairs of men's crocs on 6/19/2021.

When I emailed the company to let them know they sent me the wrong products, this was their response: Sorry for any inconvenience. They are still good and at a low price, although not perfect.would you please keep it. The return address is in China, it's much hassles to return for exchanging, and it will cost you much time and money.If you do not want it, you can give them to other one as gift or try to sell them, it's good also. How about a 20% refund to close the issue? Please consider it.

My response to them was: I either want a full refund or the ones I ordered shipped to me.

Their second response: We are so sorry for the trouble. As we don't have the return labels. If you want to return, you have to pay for the shipping fee. They are still good, could you please keep it this time or send it to your friend ?Sorry for the item can not make you satisfied. And we will refund you 30%, hope you can consider it.

No where in my email exchange to them did I mention anything about sending the products back. I would have, but I never mentioned it. Instead they refused to acknowledge they would send me the products I ordered or a full refund for their mistake.
