This place is a scam. They scheduled multiple people for viewings at the same time and never showed. We all received emails confirming the appointments the day before. After calling 5 different numbers to finally get someone on the phone, they said the property had been rented weeks ago. However, it is still an active listing and they are still taking money from people for application fees and credit checks. The property listing has still not been removed. Sheena Richardson said she cancelled any scheduled viewings but that was a lie. None of the people scheduled to view the property today received any communication.

Numerous reviews of this company on Yelp show they have been engaging in said manipulative practices since 2018.
