On Oct 15, 2015 I received a phone from a company called CR Management. They kept saying that I owe money to a third party payday loan that I have borrowed on August 2013. When I asked where the money went to, they said it went to my Bank of America account which closed in 2009. He kept saying that someone was doing this but kept saying it was something that I did, which I can recall that I never do online nor loans period. He kept saying that I owe up to $900. So, to keep them to stop harassing me, my father gave them $600. Well, They are now saying we did agreement to where they will take $250 out of my fathers account until it is all paid off. When I started to do my research on this company and started looking up all of the numbers that they were calling from, it wasn't giving me any information. Now, when this all started, I asked if I could just send a check to them and they said No. The gentleman was very rude and unprofessional. Also, they have threaten me saying that if I don't pay whatever I owe, they will send papers out and have me arrested.
