RAY PAL. suffers fraudsters and thieves, and I ordered through PAY PAL from the same fake company, the fact that this Pay Pal platform was hacked by fake bandits does not mean that it is not guilty, on the contrary, PAY PAL is actually an accomplice! Targeting a $1 billion civil lawsuit and completely shutting down PAY PAL for its criminal activity, complacency and criminal irresponsibility. Financial damage done on a particularly large scale, everything will be brought in and blocked within this year.

I ordered products from this company. When I contacted them I was told they don’t have an order related to my email address. I paid in full by PayPal. I have no idea how to ask PayPal for a refund. Any advise?
Have I been scammed?

Horrible service glad I payed with my PayPal account never received my order emailed them several times until I decided to google them and its no such company. They even sent me tracking info to say it was in my mailbox and I'm a stay at home mom and nothing was mailed to me.

My order, placed on January 12th, 2024 was provided a bogus tracking number that was not updated regularly and has not been active since February 9th. Today is February 20th, 2024. When I contact the seller through email they guide me to a messaging system where I am not given the service I'd expect. Whoever answers the chat (many many hours later) just tells me to keep waiting or that they'll send me new product. It feela automated and not as if I am speaking with a human being even after being "redirected" to a customer support representative. At this point I do not feel this is a legitimate company.
