my order of 2 swimming pools was $153.90 they took my money and after 7 months still have not delivered, so I'm contacting the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Bussines , and the attorneys Generals office, why can't these people be put in Jail where they belong ? this is outright theft,

oredered 2 swimming pools 7 months ago , they keep telling me they are being delivered yet nothing ever show up , one lie after another, they have scam hundreds of people but nothing is evere done to stop them, 3 times they have said it was out for delivery,, but they sent me T Shirt instead of 2 swimming pools.

They are one of the first sites you see recommended when you type in kayaks to Google. They change their name of the site, but the product is the same. 2 sit-in blue kayaks for $79.99. Free shipping. It's a lie. They led me on for two months before I'd realized I was never getting the kayaks or my money back. They had a false tracking system that mimics the legitimate ones well. They did these technical things that led to me not being able to dispute the charge with my bank. My bank told me to take it up with police. When I insisted on getting my money back after not receiving the kayaks for 2 months,they emailed me saying it would take 30 days to refund me. That's when I really knew something was wrong. After I sent back an email telling them any legitimate business wouldn't take that long to refund me, that it should only take 7-14 days, they emailed back saying that I'll be refunded in a few days just be patient. It never happened. There's no way to leave any warning or complaint on their site. Plus they stay ahead by changing site names. When I bought the non existent kayaks, their site was the same as their email. Kaermq.com. Now I search them up and the same product and price are on a site now called Cpfred.com. I'm seriously concerned they will keep doing this to other ppl.

I found an inflatable kayak being sold on cpfred.com for much less than it was being advertised anywhere else on the internet. When doing initial research on the website, it was found to have a domain name that was less than 1 year old, in this case less than 3 months old. I checked the about us section of the website, and it says they are located in Washington state, but the address listed on the website is in Illinois. I then google mapped the address, and it turned up a residential home. So I decided to call the phone number listed and was sent to an automated recording to buy auto insurance. I AM VERY SKEPTICAL THIS WEBSITE IS LEGIT!
