Hello, I bought two pairs of shoes from C.paravano. The company return policy states returns can be made within two weeks from delivery. The shoes are too large, but I did not think the next size down would work for me. I emailed the company to ask for a return. No response. I continued to email asking to return for six more days with no response. Finally, I received an email, but no mention of how to return, only asking for my feedback. Seven emails now from me over 10 days, without a way to return. I started investigating online for customer complaints and reviews. On trustpilot.com, I found a plethora of other women sharing my exact same experience.
