I am almost 7 months pregnant and was looking for a stroller and car seat set and found one on website https://cozystroller.com/ . I ordered a 3-1 Car seat and Stroller Set May 20th 2023 for a total of 323.94$ and received a order number of #4471 . Over a week later ( 9 days to be exact from May 20th ) I still hadn’t received any Shipping or Tracking Information for order so I emailed Customer Service at [email protected] on May 29th asking for a shipping update and received no response. They have two numbers listed on their website as (818) 573-6924 and (912) 268-8228 , Both numbers are disconnected/ Out of Service. I sent them a email today June 1st requesting a cancellation of the order and still no response. I am out of 323$ towards my baby’s car seat and stroller and I don’t know what else to do besides report the merchant and dispute with my bank
