This is a maid service available on Groupon in cities throughout the U.S. It is an online platform connecting cleaning services with individuals and businesses. It is a scam in that: 1) Once you pay for a cleaning service, you cannot get your money back if the assigned cleaner doesn't show up. You are required to use it as a credit. 2) They have a "chat" function for customer service that does not work. I had a no-show twice, and both times (2 weeks apart) I tried to get support and the system is "offline." 3) They offer no way to mitigate the issue with a phone number or contact email. 3) Even after I said I was cancelling through the initial Groupon purchase, they sent me a text stating that I was obligated to rebook (after two no-shows!). I told them no, Groupon already refunded me because they didn't provide the services. It's a pretty sneaky platform where they make it impossible to get the money back when services not delivered.
