I purchased 10 pair of shoes from Cozyfad on September 13, 2020. I have yet to receive anything from them other than bogus tracking numbers. I have sent inquiries through messenger and email. At first I got apologies and then no responses at all. When I went back to Facebook, they were no longer available but the same product is being offered under a new company name. I'm afraid I may never see my product or my money.

I purchased a pair of shoes on September 26, 2020. I have not received the shoes. After a month I contacted the company through email and they told me that it is an overseas shipment and so it will take time. I am going on over 6 weeks now. I have sent numerous emails and feel that I am getting the runaround. They have apologized for delays each time but I don’t think I will ever see my shoes.
