I put my order in on November 26th at 9:41am.. got an email confirming order.. and the money was taken out of my account that day. I have sent them 5 emails since then and haven’t gotten a response back once. My latest and last attempt was just a couple hours ago.. no response! The total amount was for $20.95. It’s not the amount of money I’m worried about .. just want it known that the company is ripping off people.

I ordered 2 dog beds not yet received when contacting the email that order was confirmed they will not reach back to me

Mid November 2022 I was advertised to on Facebook for a cat exercise wheel that I had been considering from another vendor. I searched for the vendor rather than click through the advert and also did some reputation searches but did not come up with any negative results. The advertised sale was too good to pass up and priced to give it a try despite intellectually knowing it was too good to be true despite not finding bad reviews. I placed the order Nov 14 and received an email confirming order and and USPS shipping 12 - 14 days. I received a follow-up email on Nov 21 stating order was on its way with a link to view the order. The link just indicated order shipped, no tracking available. I emailed their support on Dec 13 having not received the product, inquiring on its status, but received no reply and the status link still indicated shipped with no further tracking. I emailed again on Dec 26 requesting status and informing I would report their business for fraud if I received no response and no product. I still haven't received any response, product, or refund, and the website appears to no longer be available, though it is still registered via NameCheap.com, apparently originally registered Nov 7th (would have been a red flag had I seen that before purchase). There are also now many reports of fraud for the "company". I have reported the transaction to my bank, and fortunately no other unauthorized fraudulent transactions have appeared on my statements yet, though they have my full details from the purchase.

There is no number that is provided to inquire about the pet bed purchase. No one answers the email or live chat. Been shipped since 11/22 but purchased on 11/16. How horrible to target dog owners who love their pets
