I got the sandals 4 weeks after placing my order. They are the cheapest, most poorly made shoes I have ever seen. They are unwearable! The footbed is the right length, so the size is right, but the straps are so loose they can't be held on the foot while walking, and they are looser on the medial side so they slide sideways. What a piece of crap! AND they look nothing like what was pictured in the ad. The pictured sandal looks like the strap is suede = this is just a cheap nylon strapping. These are the kind of junk shoes you find in giant surplus stores, tossed in a big box, pairs held together with elastic bands, for $5. a pair. I paid $28.99 plus 9.99 shipping. I have requested a refund, but the company seems to think their full refund policy is a negotiation. First they offered me a $5.00 refund, and with each email the amount goes up $1-2. We are up to $15 now. and we are up to 27 emails. They are just scammers. Why does Facebook push these ads?

The site claims to sell Vionic sandals. They are NOT Vionics. What they are actually selling are cheap knock-offs, and the compnay is difficult to communicate with. I sent them my order number and they claimed to not recognize my number, which was copied and pasted from the receipt on their website.
