Hello I booked a service for cleaning from cozy maid through Groupon. The cleaner contacted me through text a few days before but never after. She was a no show no call. I tried numerous times to call back but it was an auto dial number. The company still took my voucher as used for 65.00. I did get a refund from Groupon after many texts emails and weeks of waiting. I rebooked again hoping it was just an error on there part. The same thing happened. I have tried multiple times to contact cozy maid but get no response. It is difficult to find a way to contact customer service and when you finally find a location after being redirected many times the company does not get back to you. Very frustrating
