I ordered 2 blanket hoodies from this company on Black Friday and never received my product, despite the "tracking address" stating that it was delivered. I contacted the support email and was told that they would send another. I never got a confirmation and when I reached back out, my email bounced back. I tried contacting them through the website and by texting the number, and heard nothing.
