I purchased a dress and earrings from their website. I waited, and waited, and waited. I contacted them, and a generated message came that said to follow with a tracking. It didn't work, so I wrote back and I told them it didn't work, and the same message came back. No matter what I wrote to them the same message came back. Finally after a few of weeks It seemed like the tracking worked but the package was still in China. I thought oh well, that is what I get. After two months, It looked like the package came and it was delivered, only it wasn't delivered. I contacted them and said it wasn't delivered. They sent a generated message that said to wait a few days and to contact the post office. I waited a week and still nothing. I called the post office who sent me a message that they delivered and they have washed their hands of it. I contacted Cozy once again, but once again all I got was the computer generated message that says to check tracking and call the post office. I sent the complaint number from the post office and asked for my money back, and all I got back was the same thing. They don't answer their phone, they don't personalize any messages. They just cheated me out of my money, and from what I can see MANY other complaining women too.
