I paid Cozy Cove for two dog beds with a credit card linked to a debit account at my local bank. They claimed they were delivered, but never answered any emails. My bank said they didn't have any way to reach them either. My bank refunded money to me. Last week, my bank gave the money back to Cozy Cove, saying the company proved they shipped the merchandise. Still no dog beds.

Placed an order for a pet bed. Never received item. Went to inquire about status of bed. None of the websites listed worked. Sent an email. Happen to log onto Facebook and found the page. All messages from other customers stated that they were scammed out of pet beds and other items. Many have disputed charges. Contacted bank and have an active investigation started. Do not shop with this company. To my understanding they are popping up under various names. Please do your research before you purchase.

Online order placed 12/11/2022 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Confirmation email received on 12/18 that shipment was on its way. I am still waiting for the shipment. I have emailed their customer service multiple times with no response from Cozy Cove. I also tried their online chat multiple times but no one ever comes online to chat. I have contacted my bank and the process has been started to dispute the charge. Very disappointed that this company can continue to advertise on different social media platforms while they rip off consumers.

Thought it was a ligit company since it was a shopify company and found on Facebook I was to receive a dog bed that I never received and email address doesn’t work and now the company has disappeared

Purchased XL cozy paw dog bed. Received order confirmation email 11/28/22 and shipment email 12/9/22 and tracking info never worked. I emailed the company, using the email address at the bottom of the received emails, multiple times and never heard back.

I was charged $26.95 for the product.

Placed order on their website in Nov. Said item shipped. 2 week delivery. After Thanksgiving, I emailed them that I had not received the order, nor a tracking #. They said the order was on its way. Dec, still had not heard anything. Checked my order # and it was "Not Found". Emailed them again, Cozy Cove stated they were having internet issues. that my order was on its way. After Christmas, I still had not received order. I emailed them again. They gave me a UPS Tracking #! This number turned out to be from AMAZON and delivered to someone in my town. It was something SHE had ordered from Amazon. How did Cozy Cove get this Tracking #? Now, in dispute with my credit card for fraud, but they say that the order was filled and delivered, per Cozy Cove... because the tracking # they supplied me says DELIVERED.... even though it was NOT my order.

2 dog beds. I ordered 2 dog beds on Dec. 6 th. They said they were delivered on Monday Jan. 9 th. I called fedx and the tracking number was from another company and was delivered to the person who ordered it. Now they tell me it went to the processing department to send out replacements of the order I never received. I Have sent them many emails again on Jan. 19 th. To see what the tracking number is and never heard anything. They told me to be patient and work with them.

Attempted to contact seller multiple times with no response. Only learned that they repeatedly do this to people after searching their website on google and further investigating on Facebook. Facebook should be forced to remove this store from their platform, it has been reported hundreds of times by people getting scammed.

Ordered on line through Facebook for a dog bed from Cozy Cove. Item not received contact made by on line site but never answered even after numerous attempts. They take the money and never fulfill the order. Site shows pending tracking info since 12/09/22.

Cozycove was advertising on Facebook a paw shaped dog bed for half the price. I Dec 14th I went into their website and ordered one and paid extra for priority mail. Since then the email had been nothing but lies, stalling all with the goal of keeping You waiting until your credit card pays them. I got emails saying package was delayed, then I got emails saying package was sent but couldn’t get a tracking number. After finally getting a tracking number On Jan 4th UPS tells me my package was delivered but not to me but to someone else and that the package came from Amazon not cozycove. I requested a refund to cozycove but they claim all through emails again that they already sent me a replacement this time by FEDEX. On Jan 16th FEDEX emails me my package was delivered again but to wrong address and this Time the sender is bed bath and beyond. I went onto cozycove Facebook and I see all these people complaining about same thing where is their dog bed, give me back my money. I immediately called my credit card company cancelled the charge and blocked cozycove. I has to be a scam it takes at least 5-6 weeks for credit cards to pay merchants so cozycove keeps scam going until then

Ordered dog bed online end of November 2022. Received e-mails order was received, payment was processed, never received and only way to contact was. Email. No customer service number. Notified delivered 1/17/23 via fed ex. Notified fed ex, tracking number was incorrect. Package was delivered to another address but was not from cozy cove so was given incorrect tracking number. Fred ex can do nothing

Sells variety of things. Ordered dog bed 11.28 still haven't receive. Keep saying it's on the way. Looked on Trustpilot Reviews and everybody is in the same boat it seems. No phone # I can find

I was on Facebook and came across an ad for dog beds. I clicked on the link for Cozy Cove and noticed that there were three available in the size that I wanted. I ordered an XL dog bed. After I ordered the dog bed and paid for it, notices kept popping up that people from all over had purchased the same dog bed. Interesting, since it said only three were available. I purchased this dog bed on December 9, 2022. I received an email confirming my purchase and in that email it stated that they would send me another email once my order had shipped. I received an email informing me that my order had shipped on the same day that I had purchased it. When I would search online with the tracking number that was given to me, it basically showed that it was still waiting to be picked up by UPS. I have never received the dog bed. I have attempted to contact Cozy Cove through their website. I submitted my name and email address as the contact information online states they will get back to you within 1 to 2 days. They never got back to me. I sent multiple messages and have not received word from them at all. There is a chat feature on the website and I have even attempted to contact them through the chat aspect of it. I provided my tracking number and was told that my order was fulfilled. I asked exactly how my order was fulfilled since I never received it. Radio silence after that. I attempted to make a claim through my bank on this purchase as I paid with my bank debit card, but was informed that Visa charges $30 to make a claim and my purchase was less than $30. I did not make a claim.

Ordered 3 dog beds in early December. Got confirmation emails of order, then confirmation emails that order was shipped. Other reviews show they have the same issue. Phone number on FB page states it is NOT Cozy Cove and needs to be reported to FB Marketplace

According to their tracking information, my item was delivered but it wasn’t. I have called UPS, USPS and tried reaching the company by phone, chat and email. With a few responses that they would check and advise. Latest is they sent me a non-UPS tracking # cause they reshipped it.

I found the website from an advertise on the Facebook there were a lot of five star reviews of happy customers who receive the product they were having a sale around Christmas time they asked for my name my address my credit card number for payment they said it would be delivered by ground mail USPS 10 to 12 business days I received an update after I emailed the company since I had not received my product yet they emailed me back and said they sent my information to the sender then a day or two later I received a tracking number from UPS and I was given a delivery date I called UPS to make sure it was a legit tracking number they said yes with the Christmas rush it was pushed back a day for delivery then I got an update saying that from UPS saying that the package was delivered at 3 PM at the front door when I got home from work there was no package I called UPS they tried to send a driver out the package was delivered they tried to send a driver out to retrieve the package to see if it was the proper one they couldn’t get a hold of anybody the package was delivered in the correct town but wrong address and wrong name on the package but correct email address I emailed the company I purchased the product from they told me that they would look into it and either would send me a replacement or give me a refund I emailed them twice and told him I want a refund I emailed them he can saying I would like an update on the refund or package or I was going to report them that it seemed like a scam at this point.

I placed my order online Dec. 13th for 3 dog beds for Christmas gifts through their legit looking website ad in fb. I did some research but I guess they deleted negative comments so I believed the comments that were left of the posts. But I ordered, never got any kind of info on confirmation of order, shipping, order when the order was expected to arrive. So I tried to contact them via phone, there is no phone number listed. Tried to contact via email, it took several emails for a computer generated email to tell me that they were sorry and were experiencing delays due to the holidays. Eight emails later and now Jan. 4th and I still have no dog beds. They have a tracking number with UPS which, I believe was fake, was never delivered to my residence because I have security cameras and can see who comes and goes and no deliveries were made that day to my home. I contacted UPS and they said that it was delivered. None of my neighbors received my package, so it was never delivered. I had to can my credit card because of this company because they will not contact me to resolve the matter and send me the merchandise that I ordered. Every time I try to reach out to the company to speak with someone I just get automated emails and no way to speak to a person or to reach out to anyone to get this matter resolved. All I would like to do is get the merchandise that I ordered, that’s all but I can’t get them to work with me.

Saw the ad on Facebook ordered through Facebook they were dog beds $30 each. I received a order number they emailed me on December 2 confirming my order then they emailed me again on December 9 saying that my order was shipped I have yet to receive the order I went on their website said contact them. I’ve left an email requesting either the beds or refund I have not heard from anybody. I’ve requested a tracking number they will not give me a tracking number. When I entered my order number, on their website, it said order could not be found.
