I ordered a cat exercise wheel from Cozy Cove Shop. I received an email that is was shipped no tracking #was provided and that it would take 10-12 days to arrive I did not receive any more communication nor my order. I emailed the store and got a reply that I will get notification with tracking from their processing department … again nothing I send two more emails with no response. I filed a dispute with my Credit Card Company and the very next day I received that it was shipped with tracking # via UPS. I signed up with UPS to receive updates on the tracking of my order and it looked to be moving and arriving as planned.

Today was the day I got a email from the company and a text from UPS that it was delivered. Well it was not!! I filed a claim with UPS for missing delivery only to find out my order was delivered to somebody with a different name and address in my town I live in. It also stated it came from Amazon which was also not true! I drive to the address listed by UPS and of course it was not delivered there either! I have no words for this new scam now they can somebody’s tracking numbers e.g Amazon and pick random people (name and correct address not some bogus name) to involve in their scam.
