Purchased container for total price 4000.00 sent wire and then got notice I would receive it on March 5 then I get another email stating it’s on hold because they need $2500 for insurance before they could send it I contacted the business and he said there’s nothing he can do I had to pay before delivery I asked for refund and told no could I come up with $500 of it I told him no I didn’t have it and that I would like a refund he still refusing to give me a refund and won’t help me in anyway The bank can’t help me because it was a wire Transfer bank to bank even though it was fraud I’m at the point I don’t know what to do can you help
