The ID number was familiar and not answered in the past. Do not know why I did this time. That said, the Individual stated AT&T is in neighborhood laying new lines for better service, then asked if I was AT&T customer. I answered, yes. She then hung up. I'm concerned by answering 'yes' they'll use my voice fraudulently in some way against me. I'll report this to FCC, but I'm disgusted that the federal gov't and the communications companies don't care about the the people, their customers, enough to do something to protect the consumer. So much for making American great again-what a fraud.
