Cowboy Concrete and Construction offered to repair some bad holes in our driveway and resurface the entire driveway and fill in the cracks making it look like new. Owner Chris Ephraim and his two workers did a less than satisfactory job. He also stole a sledge hammer, a shovel, a spade, a hoe and a pail that he "borrowed" while doing the work. He also left the discarded chunks of cement on my lawn saying someone would come by later to remove them and pay us $50 to "recycle" them. Numerous calls and emails have gone unreturned.This man is a smooth talker who does not stand by his word. A month has gone by and I had to pay someone to remove the discarded chunks of cement.
