Groveway pharmacy located in youngstown, oh keeps sending me covid test kits without solicitation and charging my medicare, so far almost $400.00. The phone number listed, 888-428-3598, has been disconnected. I cannot reach them by the website they have listed. I have a whole cupboard full of covid test kits that i didnt ask for and i certainly dont need.
