They charge $299.00 for pcr test and advertise to send report within 2 hour. Also set up online schedule for testing. When I arrived for scheduled test for me and my son I had to wait in line for 1:45 minute. Once I get to my turn they told me they can not do the scheduled test as there were so many ppl and it will take them long time to process the test. So come back the next day early morning. When I questioned if that is even possible, they threaten me that they will not even do my test if I say one more word. I was caught offguard and didn’t say anything as I needed the test to be done for my travel. Then I came back the next day 7:30 am for 8 am testing time and approached them saying I was there day before. They told me I had to get in line. I went through line for another hour and at 8:30 they took sample. Not sure when the result will come. I don’t have much time in hand to try different place.

Called their toll free number several times after several voice prompt the phone gets hang up. Never was able to contact support. Also sent email there is no reply so far. At this point I wonder if they are legit? Also they are falsely advertising. Getting huge amount of money illegally. I can’t get my money refunded.
