I booked this appointment online for a COVID-19 test. I filled out the paperwork online as requested including my drivers license and insurance information in advance. I was texted a reminder of confirmation for the appointment 30 minutes in advance. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and waited in my car for 20 minutes while the doors were locked and had a “closed” sign. I then waited outside for another 30 minutes before another person waiting (there were several people waiting in cars because of the cold) told me she had an appointment 2 hours earlier, waited for an hour, left, then returned and saw they were still closed. There was no one in the building and I ended up leaving to try and find another testing site.
