I made an appointment online at this organization to take Pcr covid test and It's been 13 days now that I still haven't received my results. No one picks up their phone and email responses are generic and restrictive with no real intent for resolution or assistance. It's a scam.

I purchased a rapid pcr covid test online for $299. I went to the Florida Mall location and took my drive thru test where I was told I'd receive my results in a few hours. It is now 5 days later and I have never received any results. I have called numerous times to try and get my results and they kept transferring me to a testing lab where the lab stated this company is not associated with their lab. The customer service line they also have on their website I have tried calling numerous times with never anyone answering. I have now seen numerous people comment on their facebook page that they too paid the money, took the test, and was never sent their results. This company is a scam and setting up covid testing all over the USA.

This is so sad people are using covid to scam people. This company should shut down immediately before they steal more money from people.

I was in desperate need of a Covid-19 test so I could be cleared to return to work. I searched on line and "magically" found an open time at a REAL testing center near my house. I had heard, on the news, that they were expanding their testing to 7 days a week, so did not think much about finding a Sunday morning test time. Thought I was just lucky one opened up.

I paid $75, which is the same rate other legitimate places were charging for the type of test I wanted. I even received a confirmation email with the local medical center's logo and my health care provider.

When I arrived at the location, it was closed and several other people were also there, hoping to get their pre paid Covid 19 test. It was sad. I feel dumb and mad. Thankfully, my credit card company stopped payment, but I wanted to warn others.

I scheduled an appointment on 8/6/2021 with the Covid Clinic based in Placer County for Covid screening.

I have been unable to reach anyone by phone and no results. They organization charged my credit card 75.00 and they did not run the test and stated they would credit me. I am unable to reach them and they have to date not provided the Covid test results, after daily email.
