I received 4 COVID test kits in the mail which I did not order. Do not know yet, statement not received, if this was billed to Medicare.

I clicked on a FB ad for free Covid tests, and foolishly submitted personal and insurance information into the website before I realized this was a scam. They contacted me by both phone and email asking for a copy of my insurance card, and I thought that was suspicious, so I looked back at the ad and other Fb users had commented that it was a scam. I contacted both my insurance carrier and the NYS Marketplace, and the suggestion they gave was to report this to BBB.

Brenda James is who they portrayed to be from the international development association...claiming that I had a grant of $25,000 I stupidly bought the $200 gift card requested and then the grant went to $50,000 again stupidly bought more gift cards but because it took me awhile to come up with $ for card grant went to 85,000 then 100,000 at this point I'm $3250.00 in the hole and said I want refund after never received grant they said ok but you need to get another gift card I drew the line told them they could take their fee out of refund not to exceed 15% of the $3250 and was refused. I don't know if there is any hope of getting that $$$ back the person knew how desperate I was and how much that grant would help me in my situation... I feel so stupid to have let myself believe in this person and what they were offering was real...smh???? in Texas

This number calls me every day - multiple times a day - I have have blocked this caller and it keeps changing its number when blocked - I cannot take it anymore using my phone for business and I’m taking care of my mom on hospice - please

Make it stop - thank you - this was right after I got my first covid shot and did not follow up - it’s from Portfoliocovid with numbers that Change every day - ***** ***** here’s a recent one 1-717-788-0002 - please help! This is total infringement- thank you - ***** *****
