I ordered the faux expansion fence and paid $129.00. The product measures 3”x12. That’s right inches not feet… I’ve emailed them 3 times and no response… help please for justice!

I ordered 4 panels of fake ivy, and paid $159.00 for them. I waited for a tracking number, of which I had to message them and ask for one. When I tracked it, I read; "stuck at customs, and then sent back to the sender. I keep sending Coveace messages inquiring about my order, and no one returns my message. I did consider that Covid may be slowing things down but, no one will answer my messages, and I know they're receiving those. So, now I've paid a considerable amount for something, and not received it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an Expandable Faux Privacy Fence. The website shows the product as being about 4 ft x 8 ft. The actual product is 15 in x 36 in.

The product you are promoting is inaccurately described. The product we received was not similar to what we expected. I am extremely disappointed by the misleading statements and could not get a refund. GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!

I ordered 4 expandable faux privacy fences from this company. Paid a good amount for the product they were advertising online as well on pinterest. When I received the products, they were not at all what was advertised. The item I received looked like it belonged on a child's playhouse.

I have tried for a month to reach this company which I should mention is only by email or filling out a form on their website. I have yet to hear from them even though they claim they respond within 48 hours.

I would like to also warn that their return policy is a bit suspicious. You pay for shipping the product back which is overseas.. Once they receive the product then they decided if you should get the refund or not.
