I clicked on a product advertisement on Facebook for a soft knit beanie meant for ponytails and was brought to what was then MyGearOnline.co. I ordered the beanie in October and contacted them in November when I had not received it (and the status of the order was not updated to "shipped"). I was told that shipments can take 3-5 weeks to arrive from the time they were shipped, but that I should not worry because my order already shipped. I contacted them twice again in January after 9 and 11 weeks from the day I was told they were shipped. I received no response. And I still haven't received the order. I'm working with my credit card company to get a refund so I don't lose money. My order receipt now redirects to CoutureCloset.co, so it looks like they changed their name.
