I was then told to download RingCentral for the interview which would be through instant messaging.
The first message seemed legit:
"The interview process can start now or at EST. Please read this carefully.
It will consist of two phases.
2: This interview will be conducted via peer-to-peer instant messaging.
3. This position is open to US residents only.
In the first step, you'll talk about your job descriptions, responsibilities, and the company's culture. You'll also learn more about the job, including its benefits, duties, and flexibility. In contrast, the second phase will be a question-and-answer session.
This interview will last 7–15 minutes or less, depending on how quickly you progress.
You will be allowed to ask questions at the end of the interview. So, kindly ask any questions.
You went through the document attached to the first email."
However, the rest of the conversation was very weird to me. The company has an active LinkedIn profile and Court Flekel has a profile. I was told I would be notified if I have the job next day which I know is atypical.
